About Blyth Town

Blyth is a town and civil parish in South East Northumberland. It lies on the coast, to the south of the River Blyth and is approximately 13 miles from Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

Commemorative Plaques - It was agreed by the Council in 2016 that a commemorative plaque scheme be introduced in the Town. The commemorative plaque scheme has since been launched and can be accessed virtually on our website.
